Hey there guys! I’m back with another update from the Kings!
Last time we worked on getting some progress on Arryn’s goals, we also welcomed home the last baby of this generation, little Brighton, and overall had a good time as I finally got the ropes of this generation lol today, we’re hoping to keep up the good work as the kids continue to grow up! let’s see how we do, and see what the family is doing!
Starting the family check we have Arryn and Caden standing outside after coming back from the hospital.
Also this is not part of the family, but this random, very well dressed kid, looks like he was throwing us hella shade lol.
Out three grown kids are being boring and using the computers, because sims love computers a little too much *sighs* says the person currently on a computer.
And our youngest, Brighton, is hanging out in the bassinet doing baby things.
And of course, best troublemaker dog Ducky is running around the house needing yet another bath today lol.
But first things first: getting Birghton’s needs up so he’s happy and sleeps for a little while.
And also then I dressed him in a baby onesie Arryn got from Plopzie~ I still think these things take too long to learn to do, I wish they weren’t level 8+
Here’s where we currently are with Arryn’s aspiration. We need to kiss more sims. Like, a lot more Sims! Let’s do this!
… But later, first we have to take care of stuff around the house like Ducky’s bath lol.
Promotion! Seriously Arryn is doing great at this career!
Here are the skills she needs next, that’s not too bad. Also, she’s earning so much Writting thanks to work that I’m thinking about inmortalizing her with a novel… But I guess we’ll see what skill she masters first.
For noe, she’ll get that extra point of writting she needs. She already had a half-finished book in the works anyways. It is also love day, so we’re going on a date later with Caden.
Later, because as you can see someone is very busy at the moment.
Caden: «Yeah, thanks for noticing. I’m in the middle of this mission where…»
And by someone I mean Arryn! Would it kill you to paint a little Caden?
Caden: «Well, it may!»
*sighs*
Anyways, Arryn finished her book, so I decided to go publish it along with a couple more I found in her inventory~
And one of them even got an award nomination! I’m definitely forgetting about that lol I’m terrible about awards
Look guys, sims are finally eating leftovers again!! *Wipes out tear* it’s beautiful!
And then it was time for the love day date~ Caden doesn’t look excited lol.
Like seriously, his panicked face from chapter 2.1 just came back lol! The hell Caden? That’s just your wife!
Caden: «What? She’s a scary woman!»
I mean, yeah… But I would think he was already used to that lol.
But let’s move on. Their date was in one of Winderburg’s cafés, and despite people inserting themselves into the conversations, as usual, it actually went great!
Since Arryn has a high level Writting, she reads some poetry to Caden, he seems very enchanted ❤ Also she looks like she’s gonna claw his eyes off or something lol yay for romance.
Love day day was a success! ❤
Again, they really are a very cute couple when they want to, I really love them. They just have a very weird relationship lol.
After the date was over, Arryn left to Hare Square to do her work stuff. She needed to ‘check-in at a park’. Which at first I thought was the same than the work task Internet personalities have…but nope, looks like it isn’t, the option didn’t show up in her phone.
After A WHILE I finally realized the task was just to talk to people using the stylist social options. They should make it a lot clearer next time, please lol.
Also this place was a teen hang out today. Aside from Arryn, everyone here are teenagers! And there were other two who had already left by the time I figures this check in thing out lol just a funfact.
Back in the house, I still think Arryn has been learning to love cooking. She seems to enjoy it a bit more lately.
Also for some reason Baxter just insisted in passing between his mom and the counter lol he just pushed and pushed for like 15 minutes until he finally squished himself across. He’s clearly not the smartest, this kid.
Brontë on the other hand, is smart kid who’s earning herself some brownie points by autonomously cleaning. Which we all thank her for, this house always needs cleaning lol.
And Beau is trying to make little Brighton laugh, but I think they’re not having the best luck.
Beau: «What? No! I’m not doing anything!»
It’s okey kid, I think it’s cute!
Beau: «Oh, thanks!»
Have I mentioned I adore these kids? They’re so adorable ❤
It’s also so great that they’re now old enough to entertain themselves, Arryn has more moments to relax lately.
Awwwwwn Ducky finally learnt not to drink from the toilet and after it she went rubbing her head against Arryn’s leg ❤ it was adorable.
Also more brownie points for Brontë how keeps cleaning up ❤ This kids are really trying to get ahead for the future heirpoll!

More skilling for Arryn~ I’m hoping to get her immortalized by next chapter, but we’ll see.
She made this Illustrative painting thing and I was gonna keep it because it firts our monochromatic theme… But it’s kinda weird and I don’t like it lol *sold*
Arryn and Bax are a lot closet than her with any of the other kids. You shouldn’t be having favorites Arryn!
Baxter was the first sim who realized we have tombstones he can mourn at… Again, he’s not the smartest kid, but we love him.
And Brontë keeps showing that she’s actually the smartest sibbling by skilling instead of doing pointless activities lol.
Funnily enough, I have more pics of these two than I have of Beau. I think we have a case of ‘Invisible middle sibling’ lol.
… He earned the Workaholic lifestyle? He?! Seriously game?! He hasn’t done anything work related except going to work sometimes since he joined the household!

Since we can spend Arryn’s satisfaction points, I got her the Great kisser trait. She’s gonna be kissing tons of people anyway, so it was the obvious step to take.
Lol! Ok, this is new, I didn’t knew other club members would reprimand when somebody did one of the disaproved activities! So fun!
Ah! Here’s Beau! Being a good kid and learning to play piano ❤ I love you.
And looks like Even after that moment before, things between Brontë and Baxter are okey, so they danced the night away together~
Again, I really believe Arryn has come to like cooking~ which is good, because we’re getting close to having teens so we better keep that fridge very well filled.
Our smelly baby is having a birthday~ I just got the notification!
And as usual, he grew up into a total cutie ❤ he looks just like Caden so far, as Bax and Beau do.
Brighton’s toddler trait is Angelic~ that’s not bad at all.
Thad keeps being the best ❤ I love it when he paints automously!
Anyways, here’s Brighton after his minor makeover. I liked his hair and main outfit, I just added a little extra color with the pants and changed a couple of his other outfits.
And then we got the news that the Summer Sim Sessions were in town, so we went to check it up! It’s really cool!
It was also a great place to meet young adults. I kinda wish the event stayed a little longer.
Also that’s Archer’s wife Alex who Arryn’s talking to! And also that’s Caden back there in his pyjamas lol I thought they would change before going out.
But nope, so we have a very non-apropiate outfit family enjoying the music lol I’m guessing it’s probably not the weirdest thing any of the musicians have seen.
Anyways, the music was great, and this was a lot of fun in general. Sadly this was the only published family I went with, I really wish the festival had stayed a little longer.
Also, there are tents right there, and I wanted to see if we could use them normally, soooo…Arryn had a proposition for Caden lol.
Beau: «I really wish I wasn’t listening to this!»
Lol yeah, sorry kid, that was probably not the best place for them to have that conversation.
But Anyways… I’m not having them try for anymore babies, but there’s a free spot in the house so… If risky woohoo strikes, don’t blame me lol.
Arryn: «I will blame you. It’s you who set risky woohoo as a thing in the first place.»
I take no responsability for any unexpected babies! So far there are none, let’s see if it stays that way lol.

And then we get to work on Arryn getting her kisses~ Mr. Something Metcalf was promptly called!
Also, I’ve been having Arryn do a little trick I learnt in my 100 babies challenge: if you have a sim with middle writting skill, they can write Love emails to other adult sims once every hour! These things are amazing! They give you a pretty good extra boost on romantic relationship and after two ir three, you are ready to have a first kiss! (And after 4 or 5 you’re in Woohoo territory!)

And since we still had some time, we also called this cute alien girl we gad also been emailing right after.
And that’s another kiss done! 6/10! Also these two said yes to becoming Arryn’s boyfriend and girlfriend, so we’re doing a great advance on that too.
Taking care of one toddler after having twins (and kind of tripplets for a couple days) it’s sooooo much easy! I think Brighton may even be able to become a Happy toddler unlike his siblings lol. Man this generation was chaos.
Lol! Another thing I wasn’t aware sims did on their own! Thanks for helping clean out Beau!

While we wait for Arryn to come back, we follow the idiots~ like the father and son who are randomly eating outside at 3:00 AM lol. Baxter’s sleep schedule got very weirdly messed up this session.
Kelly, don’t break our stuff!! Arryn has more than enough on her plate already!
…though it’s hard getting angry at her when she does this inmediatly after *sighs* she’s a smart woman.
Of course our Angelic toddler goes to make messes lol he’s just like Artemis when she was little.
Around this time Arryn came back and went back to napping~ I just didn’t take a picture lol.
Lol there was a thunderstorm next morning, and our mail carrier doesn’t look so happy about being sent to work during one. Very understandable.
Hey Caden, you know you have like five people and a dog downstairs you could be talking to, right? No need to spend the day chatting on the computer if you’re feeling lonely~
Caden: «But the people on the internet have some many interesting things to say! Did you know the earth is actually flat and that we are just part of some kind of simulation game?»

Arryn was a little tied up at the time to stop him since she was writting another book and oh, look at that, it’s monday and I totally forgot to stop by Orchid-a-go-go yesterday lol. But once that’s dealt with she can distract her husband a little.
Also Ducky has been sadly following Arryn because she wants to be taken on a walk, but it’s been thunderstorming since yesterday night, so nope, we’re not going outside right now, sorry Ducky!
I would happily pay this guy to take her out though lol no idea why he believes going for a jog right now was a good idea, but I respect him.
Contrary to what it looks like, Baxter didn’t fail here, he just apparently had a very intense school day lol.
…Ali, you know we gave you a key to the house so you don’t need to stand outside until somebody let’s you in, right? You’re good? Ok…
Also since you’re out there with her would you mind taking Ducky for a ella? No? Ok then… Let’s move on.
You know? I’m actually kinda impressed with Caden. He has made it to level 5 videogaming all on his own. Maybe he could give us some points if he keeps it up! He probably won’t just because I said it lol.
Seriously we’re doing a lot better with Brighton than his siblings lol I feel kinda bad about it.
Also yeah, Ducky is still following Arryn around.

Brontë needs to go to the bathroom, but she’s actually making a beeline for the computer… Priorities am I righ? Lol she doesn’t lose us any points in the end, so I can’t complain.
Ducky spent like 20 sim minutes doing this lol I thought it was adorable ❤ she’s such a cute dog. Also a little after this she finally gets her jog lol weather really wasn’t kind today.

Promotion!! Work is not really importante for a Torch holder, but it’s nice to make advances regardless.
Apparently I didn’t put candles back on the twins’ birthday cake and so the kids ate it good for them. So Arryn is baking her husband a new cake so we’re ready for birthday~
Damn! And right as I was getting happy we were gonna get a chapter with no fails today! -5
Baxter: «Yes! If she keeps it this way then one of us is gonna be heir!»
Beau: «We still gotta watch out for Brighton tho. «
Baxter: «Oooor we could scare him away from heirship!»
Lol don’t traumatize your brother please kids. Also this is the opposite of last gen, now all kids want a shot at heirship.
…Standing around for hours until your father came back home isn’t gonna give you any points kids! At least Brontë went inside to sleep after she woke up!
