Hi there guys! back with another update for SimNaNo! This time, we’re visiting the Kings!
It’s been a while since we visited them, I just wasn’t having the right mood to deal with this crazyness, but now I’m back, and I’m having a blast with this guys lol. The plan for today is to play until the last baby is born, and while we do it, we’ll try to advance as much as we can with Arryn’s aspiration and goals, I feel like I’ve been neglecting them lately lol.
So, now tht we have our goals for today clear, let’s go check with the family:
Kelly is currently complaining about the state of our backyard lol let’s hope she does something about it, she’s neat after all!
Arryn and Caden are waiting out here for some reason… They were in their bedroom at the end of last chapter, so no idea what happened here lol. Also Caden is very excited after all that closet woohoo.
Brontë is grabbing some popcorn to eat~
Bennett is immitating Ducky ❤ I love when toddlers do this.
And Baxter is drinking some milk. Also both twins are in desesperate need of baths lol.
But that will have to wait, Arryn is death tired, so priorities.
Kelly keeps it up at being best grandma. We thank her for getting one of the twins to bed ❤
And Caden decides to try his hand at cooking, which makes me nervous, I think you can guess why lol.

Well, I didn’t knew you were making a BLT! Also yes, this update is from before that fix to the’not eating leftovers’ was released lol I recently went back to this save, and I’m so relieved things are back to normal for this family!
Brontë goes to school~ and I had to take a picture because I still think she’s so pretty ❤
Damn, I’m seriously getting so bad at paying bills lately lol!
Caden decided to clean his BLT plate in the master bathroom sink… The machinations of an Idiot’s mind are a mystery to me lol.
*sighs* seriously this dog gets dirty soooo often lol at this point giving Ducky a bath is always one of the first tasks in Arryn’s list every playsesion lol.
Don’t you love how everytime your sims use the bascketball hop, they’re almost always not looking on the right direction? lol! Other than that, I’m happy that Caden is doing something other than sleeping and playing videogames! Good for him!
I’ve been really slacking with Arryn’s goals so far, so I decided that today we’re making as much progress as we can with her aspiration, and also with getting her immortalized! So she gets to painting while the kids are alright.
And more painting! I love the sketchpad because it makes painting so much easier and quicker!
One of the toddlers (I can’t remember who is who anymore, please remind me to never put toddlers in the same haircut and pyjamas again!) Was very hungry, but he just wouldn’t eat! Not even the popcorn! I was so frustrated lol.
Buuut Arryn was a little tied up at the time, meeting some more potential boyfriends for the future. This guy is handsome, and he doesn’t look very impressed so far, though maybe is just that he can smell Arryn lol! Girl needs a bath.
Brontë makes some crafts, it’s a shame that her aspiration is not Artistic Prodigy!
Caden keeps earning parenting points! He’s honestly being a life-saver with the twins!
And this gives Arryn just a little more time to get to know …this guy lol I know his lastname is Metcalf, but I have no idea what his name is… Somehow.
They don’t make it to first kiss, but they get close!
He also decides to hang around after I send Arryn to take of some other stuff, because the work of a torch holder never ends. It’s gonna be real awkward if he and Caden meet lol.
After completing some repairs that needed to be done, I decide to reward Arryn with a date! We need to keep the aspiration going~
As usual, the game thinks a married sim cheating is a reason to gain a Great reputation lol thanks I guess? At least it does make it easier to meet sims.
Anyways, Arryn invites Morgan Fyres, now Morgan Rosales since the game married her, out to the Stargazer Lounge. This picture right her makes it seem like Morgan is a teen caught into a sermon by her mom though lol I love that.
Despise that weird start, the girls have no trouble making it up to First kiss territory~ that’s another one for the list!
And then they become girlfriends! For future tier purposes lol! Also they have a gold date with no problem!
Oh, hey! It’s London! Remember London? She was my first option to be Thaddeus’s wife, but she was already married when they met! And she was also evil lol I remember.
London is still an adult here while Thad has already passed on, the no-aging pregnancy thing can get so weird lol.
Anyways, the date ended and Morgan went home, but Arryn stayed to meet some more people before going. As usual, the Mixologist was pretty cute, so we saved her number in our contacts and romanced a little before going home.
We also had the notification that Arryn was promoted! She’s doing a lot better in this job, changing careers was my best decision ever lol.
Have I said how much I adore when toddlers are dancing to music? ❤ so cute.
Ducky! I left that food out for the toddlers, not for you! And of course the toddlers kept ignoring it because of that bug *sighs*
And Bax is back at immitating, he wants to melt my heart ❤
Brontë is back home! And Ducky went out to see her ❤ Ducky is a troublemaker, but a good doggie.

Also their birthday is about to arrive! Sadly neither of them is gonna get happy toddler, but I mean, I’m just happy to be over this life stage lol.
I think this is one of the only times Arryn has had time to sit and watch some tv lol this house has been chaotic.

C’mon, you’re starting to like it! I know it!
Arryn: «I hope I have twins again.»
… She really knows how to scare me. Please no more twins for a while!
Looks like Kelly’s time is coming</3 I’m gonna miss her a lot, she has been an amazing founding spouse, Even with the fails she gave us.
Thad comes haunt us, and his Neat trait acts up ❤ thanks a lot Thad!
Since he was already here, we call for a House of Kings reunion, and he goes to dance straight away. Also Archer is also visiting! It’s a shame you can only have 8 sims in a club, I would love to include Arryn’s siblings.
Yeah, I’m always amazed at Caden being a good parent lol it’s just … you never know with uncontrolables.
And then he and Thad decided to have a duet. So far Caden just doesn’t want to try painting, so I think that’s a lost cause lol. It’s a shame for the aspiration points, they’re so close!
And Brontë and Kelly have a little dance party~ at the time Arryn was súper tired, so no pics of her during the club gathering.
Brontë got playful, so I decided to use her free action to send her play at the pirate ship we have behind the house, and she completed tier one of the Rambunctious Scamp aspiration! +5
Then I realized I couldn’t tell her to stop or go back home, and she’s tired, so we’ll probably be losing those 5 points fast lol. Oh, well.
So, Bennett here had a nightmare, and he went looking for Caden to be consoled, but then rejected his comfort hug… Make up your mind kid lol! Also this is why I usually try to read my toddlers to sleep, it helps with nightmares.
… Well, we did lose those points quick, just not like I thought it would happen. Damn Arryn!

So, anyways, happy birthday to Bennett and Baxter! Let’s hope they keep being adorable!
And all grown up~ this is… Beau! Yup, that’s right, we have a name change, because Bennett rolled non-binary in my GNC roll, just like Ali before! I decided to give him another name, and looking around I really liked how Beau sounded, so Beau it is!
They have the Creative trait to start, and it’s paired with the Whiz kid aspiration!
And this is the second twin, Baxter! Bax rolled the first trait Outgoing, and his aspiration is Social butterfly, those two go really well together!
As said before, neither of them earned any special traits, but they’re children and that’s all that counts for me lol. Also, I’m pretty sure they’re identical, and they both look a loooot like Caden so far! Let’s see if it stays that way when they grow up again.
I’m pretty sure Beau here is the first kid in this generation to try and do homework lol Brontë just doesn’t care, at all! Keep it up kid, those are points for the future heirpoll!
Arryn needed to practice her photography some more, so we started a social media page for Ducky lol this is one of the simstagram pictures Arryn took of her.
I went up to asign the twins their beds and found out there’s already a mess in their room lol I’m guessing Brontë did this sometime and I just didn’t notice until now.
Speaking of Brontë, this kid is a queen! She managed to get to school this morning after spending all night outside, and now she’s coming back, death tired and needing a shower, but without losing us any points! Thanks Brontë!
One of Arryn’s future conquests decided to stop by the house, and is now hanging out with both Arryn and her kids lol I still think this is a little awkward, but very funny.
Nooooo!!! I knew her time was close, but I didn’t think it was… This close! Kelly!!

The whole neighborhood gathered around to see Kelly go </3 I’m still not over it, Kelly was an amazing founding spouse, the best we could have hoped for.
She was laid to rest next to Thaddeus on the backyard. I’m sure we’re gonna be seeing more of her soon!
Arryn was heartbroken, but I gotta admit, we kinda took advantage of the moment to get a little closer to this girl here. As usual, I can’t remember her name and I feel horrible about it lol.
Specially because she quickly became Arryn’s fifth kiss. That’s half the way to complete milestone three of this aspiration, and I’m excited about it, but I’m still sad about Kelly, life is confusing lol.
And where was Caden while all this flirting was happening?
Having a nap in the bathtub lol this guy just naps everywhere, I would believe you if you told me he was lazy!
Also, he’s always so happy and carefree about his wife flirting around, it’s kinda funny lol I’m tempted to give Arryn the Soulmate aspiration once she finishes Serial Romantic, I feel like these two deserve to just love eachother. But we’ll see in time.

Also Arryn should go to bed too, but the house is silent for a little while and she needed a tiny bit more writting for her next promotion, so we take the chance while we can.
Looks like Artemis and Coty are having a third kid! Yay!
Arryn completed all her skills for the next promotion! She’s been doing a lot better this update, I’m really proud of her, and of myself for reaching the balance we needed to survive this lol.
Both twins go to sleep at a reasonable hour, good kids!
And Brontë goes to bed too, this is gonna be a quiet night around the house~ Until the baby comes, Arryn should go into labor any time now!
While we wait, she gives some love to Ducky, who needs another bath, as usual lol I’m hoping she will learn not to roll in puddles soon with how much Arryn has to tell her.
Apparently MCCC won’t let me name Archer’s kids either, so we’ll have to rename this little one once she’s a toddler. But let’s welcome the youngest cousin to the family!
Also, I don’t know if you remember, but Alex’s other kid is named Whitney lol I think she has a thing for white-ish names. I guess I’ll rename this one Bianca.
Aaaand there’s the labor! Time to meet our next King baby~
As usual, Caden is losing his mind, while Arryn is just over the whole thing already lol.

Oh, I didn’t knew Insiders would get sad about not being with friends lol I always thought they just got bored when they were not in any clubs, nice to know… And also kinda annoying lol.
Anyways, we’re back to the panicking lol.

And then he remembered he had some popcorn on himself, and got distracted lol.
So Arryn is left to go through the birth alone… Well, with doctor Sofia Bjernsen as company. And now we have her number so we can kiss her! I love Sofia.
Arryn: «Can we take care of what’s comming out of me first please?»

This was actually a pretty succesful chapter, we made progress on Arryn’s goals, saw the twins grow, and we only had one fail! I’m very proud of us! Will next time be as succesful as this? You’ll have to join us to find out!
